All bookings can currently be made via our email address — which is: braxihall@gmail.com

 

This mailbox is monitored regularly and you will receive confirmation from one of the committee members just as quickly as we can.

 

Sadly we have had to make a small increase in our hourly rate to cover ever increasing energy costs.  This is the first increase in over 5 years so we will be monitoring this as we move forward in the hope that we will not need to make any future increases in the short term.  

 

Hall Hire

£14 per hour— up until 6.00pm

£17 per hour— 6.00pm—midnight

 

Charities/Clubs, longer periods and commercial rates—please contact us

 

 

Payments

These can be made directly to our back account—either over the counter at the Royal Bank of Scotland or via the internet to:-

Alternatively, please place cheque/cash in a sealed envelope with your name on the ouside and pop in our letterbox, located at the Hall entrance.  

 

PLEASE NOTE THAT EVENING HIRES MUST END BEFORE 12 MIDNIGHT, IN CONSIDERATION TO NEIGHBOURING RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES

 

Key Collection

The key is available via a secure lock box located above the letter box at the main entrance to the Hall. Please return to the lock box once you have completed your event. The access code will be emailed to you prior to your hire period or sent via text message, if this is easier.
